Weekend School Educational Visit to Zoo

Spring Educational Society organised an exciting educational visit to Twycross Zoo for children attending its Weekend School programme. The trip provided a valuable opportunity for children to enjoy a day of exploration, discovery, and social interaction outside the classroom.

Many of the children attending the programme have limited access to educational visits and recreational activities. This community outing offered a memorable experience where they could learn about wildlife, connect with nature, and spend quality time with their friends in a safe and supportive environment.

During the visit, participants had the opportunity to:
