Adolescence is a significant stage of development, bringing physical, emotional and social changes that can sometimes be challenging for both young people and their families. This free online seminar has been designed to help parents better understand the teenage years and develop positive approaches to supporting their children's wellbeing.
Organised by Spring Educational Society in partnership with NHS Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland, the webinar will be delivered by experienced psychologists who will share practical guidance on building healthy relationships and maintaining effective communication with adolescents.

- -How parents can prepare for and support their child's teenage years
- -Building positive communication and maintaining strong family relationships
- -Strengthening trust, connection and emotional resilience within the family
- -Practical strategies for supporting young people's wellbeing
